Do I need a dealer license to buy from Copart?
No. V6 Auto Broker, operated by Empire Luxury Sales LLC, helps retail customers buy Copart vehicles through the V6 platform without holding a dealer license yourself.
How does membership work?
Choose a membership plan (Starter $29.99, Pro $39.99, or Elite $49.99 per month) to access bidding and broker services when those features are enabled for your account. Browse inventory anytime. Membership details and checkout are on the Membership page.
How does bidding work?
After your account is set up with membership and any required deposit, you can place bids on eligible lots through V6. Exact bidding rules and agreements are confirmed before you gain bidding access — not invented on this FAQ.
How do deposits work?
Each bid requires collateral of the greater of $900 or 13% of your max bid. Collateral is a deposit, not a fee. On a confirmed win, one $300 brokerage fee is taken from that bid's collateral; the remainder is held for that vehicle and credited only toward its verified official invoice (example: $900 collateral → $300 fee → $600 credit). If you do not win, the collateral is released back to your available deposit. Default terms are set out in the agreement you accept before bidding. Deposits are currently disabled.
What fees should I expect?
Membership: Starter $29.99, Pro $39.99 or Elite $49.99 per month. V6 brokerage fee: one $300 fee per confirmed win, taken from that bid's collateral (the rest of the collateral is credited toward the vehicle's verified official invoice). Auction-related fees, vehicle price and taxes depend on the lot and sale; we do not invent those amounts on this page.
How do payment and pickup work?
After you win, you complete payment per the instructions for that sale, then pick up the vehicle at the auction yard. V6 Auto Broker does not offer vehicle shipping on this site.
What about the title?
Title type and state vary by lot. Clean Title / Clear Title labels apply only when the listing uses verified CT codes. Other codes (for example SC, DV, NR) are shown as listed until independently verified. Always review the title information on the lot detail page before bidding. No guaranteed title or condition claims.
Do you offer vehicle shipping?
No. V6 Auto Broker does not offer vehicle shipping, transport quotes, delivery, or tracking on this site. Plan for pickup at the auction location after payment.
Who operates V6 Auto Broker?
V6 Auto Broker is the customer-facing brand operated by Empire Luxury Sales LLC. Account and membership agreements are with Empire Luxury Sales LLC.
Membership & deposit disclosure
- Membership plans: Starter $29.99/month · 5 bids; Pro $39.99/month · 10 bids; Elite $49.99/month · unlimited bids. Bid limits apply per billing cycle. Every bid requires sufficient collateral.
- Required collateral per bid: the greater of $900 or 13% of your max bid. Collateral is a deposit, not a fee.
- One $300 brokerage fee per confirmed win, taken from that bid's collateral.
